Nigeria’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, Fidson Healthcare Plc has completed a multimillion naira health building inside Ogun State’s popular high school – Iganmode Grammar School in Ota, the state’s commercial nerve.

The Fidson-IGS Clinic building which is yet to be officially commissioned has been described as a huge health facility for the school and the surrounding community.
The school principal, Alhaji Ismail Olayinka Salako in a chat with newsheadline247, described the clinic building as a world-class facility adding that the Fidson’s humanitarian gesture is roundly appreciated by the school authority, the parents as well as the entire old students of the school.

“The facility is yet to be commissioned as you can see that there are few more things to be done. We are also expecting clinic equipment among other materials needed,” Salako told our correspondent during a visit to the school.
Also speaking on the project, Mr Muritala Adeniyi of the School’s Physics Department, said the facility will no doubt boost the health care of students and the entire staff of the school. He also described the project as laudable.
Established over six decades ago, Iganmode Grammar School Ota, Ogun State is a premier secondary school with unblemished decades of strings academic excellence cum countless unprecedented records of landmark achievements. The institution remains one of the most successful high schools in Nigeria with numerous academy honours and trophy-laden shelves.
